The unique design of this cottage consists of an exposed timber frame construction, wood floors and open floor plan with balcony above. This makes it ideal for meetings, reunions, and other events. The large screened in porch is great for relaxing to the sound of the waves or watching the fisherman reel in their trophies from the pier which is located directly in front of this cottage.
